The Birdcord has been a life saver. I have a couple of semi-regular gigs that are outdoors on patios where the access to an AC outlet is non-existent, so they supply battery powered PA speakers, but nothing else. I found out the hard way at my first gig at one of the venues that the Boss IR-2 goes through batteries like crazy, so I needed a solution. The Birdcord and a USB power brick solved the problem. The Birdcord is a well-made ingenious product, and I highly recommend it.

I power just 3 pedals with a 3- way converter cable and the fantastic Birdcord converter to 9V via an Anker Power Bank Power Core 10,000. I have been using this setup for many years and have never been let down by my Birdcord. I played 15 years in the Bluestones Big Band and am now with Hep n' Swingin'. I always fully charge the powerbank before rehearsals/gigs just to be sure. I've told many people about Birdcord as it's exceptional good value for money. Dieter was always helpful when I particularly wanted advice in the first instance and supplying me with a 3 - way converter cable. One of my best buys!

Funktioniert sehr gut, nutze es mit einem einfachen 20.000er Powerbank und kann damit easy 2-3 Gigs spielen. Bin damit auf der Bühne flexibel und es juckt mich nicht, wo die Steckdosen sind. Habe es schon über 3 Jahre im Einsatz, werde nie zurück gehen zu klassischen Netzteilen.

I've been using the 9v Birdcord to power my pedals from a 5v power bank for every performance, for the last 8 years. I'm a wedding guitarist, working outdoors in temperatures up to 35C, and can't afford to ever have a pedal run out of battery during a gig. This set up has allowed my to play in every location, from 5 Star Hotels to Beaches. My PA is also battery powered, so I can go anywhere, without ever having to worry about changing 9v batteries or finding power outlets. The birdcord has expanded the services I can offer, and given me a stress free way of knowing exactly how much battery I have at a glance. It the only part of my rig that has never let me down. I have a second birdcord I use to power my wireless Microphone receiver from another power bank. I love them and can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you for such a great product, Dieter!
